Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, and all items must be returned unused with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
All returns remain the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will not be given before the returned products are received by us. We recommend using a signed-for-service post and that you retain receipt of postage.
The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded. If the refund reduces the original order value to an amount below the free shipping threshold, additional shipping costs may apply.
Returns are processed within 6 working days of receiving the items. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
Upon receiving your request, we will provide the necessary details to complete your return.
